Thailand is one of the easiest countries to get to in Southeast Asia. It does not matter if one is travelling from far or close you can always look for cheap flights to one of Thailand’s six international airports in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi and Hat Yai. As I like to plan all my trips myself I personally use skyscanner.net to find the cheapest flights.

Massages are cheap in Thailand and you can get a massage anywhere and they are heavenly. One of the best things to do in Thailand is getting an amazing traditional full body Thai massage or a foot reflexology massage.  After a long day of walking and sightseeing, it is a great feeling to have your feet massaged for an hour. If you choose the right place you will leave the massage place feeling like a million dollars, but it will only cost you around 550 B ($10 USD).

When in Thailand you must take a tuk-tuk ride at least once. I am a great fan of stage shows and love watching artists perform acts on stage. Thailand has some of the spectacular shows that leave you mesmerized with some great performances by local artists.

Though Thailand has different kinds of Shows for all age groups but I am talking about shows that you can enjoy as a family. Below are my top 3 picks.

1 –Siam Niramit Bangkok

Siam Niramit is a grand Show performed in the centre of Bangkok. Siam Niramit is a state-of-the-art 2000-seat theatre. The show is open every day but I suggest you do the advance booking. Theatre has three restaurants, and an authentic traditional Thai village that visitors can stroll through and meet the artists for photographs. When we bought our tickets we choose to have buffet dinner and entry ticket to the show. It was so worth it!

2- Kaan Show Pattaya

Kaan show is specially for families with young kids. Show is adapted from traditional thai folk tales with creativity and modern technology. Lovely elephants performing with different artists. They allow visitors to take photos with the artists and elephants.I ordered my tickets slightly discounted from the website ‘Get Your Guide‘ but you can find them on ‘Klook’ too. Exchanging the e-tickets at the booth was no problem. It can get quite busy at the entrance before performances, so make sure you arrive at very least half an hour before show time. This is the ideal spectacle to visit with your family and kids.

3-Tiffany Show Pattaya

If you’re Pattaya, you definitely must visit Tiffany’s show. Located in the heart of Pattaya’s main town center near the Marina, Beach front and Terminal 21 mall. From a small bar show it transformed into Thailand’s first transgender cabaret show. Beautiful dances, amazing stage work, outstanding performance. It’s about one hour show. At the beginning and end of the show, the crews will be out for photo taking at the lobby. Form there you could take photos with them from 100 baht. It’s chargeable for taking photos with them…. General photos are free to take at your convenience.

10 -Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise

Experience Bangkok in the evening through Chao Phraya River cruise with a delicious buffet dinner serving Thai and international cuisine with live musical entertainment . Get great views of monuments along the river including Wat Arun and the Grand Palace, and watch the city light up for the night. A relaxing experience with some great food. 1. Hello Sapna,

Yes it is a good place for family travel. Provided your family likes beach & water sports.
There are various resorts that offer great hospitality. If you are looking for a personal/couple time during your stay, many of them provide an option of baby sitting (at a charge of course) as well.
